Project: Patient-to-Patient Education
Objective:
Design a program that harnessed the power
of patient-to-patient influence to enforce our client's commitment
to the bleeding disorder community. Through a series of commitment
patients and advisory boards among the community, we were able
to create a series of books that provide valuable "life
lessons" and counsel on managing life with this disorder.

Project: Web-Based Professional E-Learning
Objective:
Create an interactive Web-based program
for professionals highlighting the newest information in the
immunology field and differentiating our client's newly launched
product from competitors in the marketplace. The program was
presented by three top thought leaders in the field and consisted
of a custom Web site with built in outcomes measurement, interactivity,
and sales lunch-n-learn database management.

Project: Web-based New Device Training
Objective:
Create an online video program that demonstrates
the use of our client's newly launched device. The program is
presented by a practicing nurse and is used to train the sales
force and to demonstrate the device to healthcare professionals.

Project: Online Customer Support Program
Objective:
Create a customer support program for our
client that consists of a series of educational modules directed
at managed care stakeholders such as physician groups, PBMs,
pharmacies employers, and health plans. The modules are designed
to provide step-by-step actions plans enabling the participant
to identify and solve potential adherence problems with their
patients. Program consists of a live workshop, CD tutorial guide,
and custom Web site where the participant can develop their
customized action plan, select targeted modules, and review
dozens of relevant adherence materials for training professional
staff and patient distribution. It reinforced our client's commitment
to the community as a leading education supporter.
